Where a sale of immovable property is set aside under rule 92, the purchaser shall be entitled to an order for repayment of his purchase-money, with or without interest as the Court may direct, against any person to whom it has been paid.

जहां स्थावर संपत्ति का विक्रय नियम 92 के अधीन अपास्त कर दिया जाता है, वहां क्रेता ऐसे किसी भी व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध, जिसे क्रय-धन संदत्त किया गया है, ब्याज सहित या ब्याज के बिना (जैसा न्यायालय निदेश दे) अपने क्रय-धन के प्रतिसंदाय (Repayment) के आदेश का हकदार होगा।
