By using VakilFlow, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of the Platform

VakilFlow is exclusively an online informational directory and technology platform designed to assist legal professionals with practice management. We are not a law firm, nor do we provide legal advice, legal services, or lawyer referral services. The VakilFlow platform simply allows advocates to host their professional credentials and contact information in a digital format.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our application, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the software.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Your use of VakilFlow, including submitting a consultation request to an advocate listed on our platform, does not create an attorney-client relationship with VakilFlow. Any relationship formed is strictly between the user and the advocate. VakilFlow makes no representations regarding the quality of legal services provided by any advocate.

4. Compliance with BCI Rules

In compliance with the Bar Council of India (BCI) Rules, particularly Part VI, Chapter II, Rule 36, VakilFlow strictly forbids advocates from publishing promotional claims, comparative ratings, or solicitation materials. Profiles are intended for informational purposes only (name, practice areas, qualifications, office address, and contact details). We do not rank advocates or feature "top lawyer" lists.

5. Accuracy of Information

While VakilFlow attempts to verify the enrolment number provided against publicly available records (where the "BCI Verified" badge is displayed), profiles are self-submitted by the advocates. Users should conduct their own independent due diligence before engaging any advocate.

6. Professional Responsibility

VakilFlow itself does not provide legal advice, nor is it a substitute for professional legal judgment. Advocate users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their case data, court dates, and the final review of any AI-generated drafts before filing or utilizing them in official capacities.

7. Data Privacy and Security

We respect the confidentiality of your practice. Client data uploaded to VakilFlow is stored securely. However, as an advocate, you remain the data controller regarding your clients' data under applicable Indian laws (including the DPDP Act). You agree to obtain necessary client consents before utilizing automated features like WhatsApp notification services.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure high uptime and accurate AI outputs, we cannot guarantee perfection. VakilFlow will not be liable for any missed court dates due to notification failures, nor any lost cases or financial damages resulting from reliance on our software or AI drafting components.
