1. Subscriptions and Payments
VakilFlow operates on a prepaid subscription model (SaaS). Users subscribe to access premium practice management tools, document generation, and tracking features. Fees are collected upfront for the chosen billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually).
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active and you will retain access to all premium features until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not automatically renew canceled subscriptions.
3. Refund Policy
Given the digital nature of the VakilFlow software platform, all payments are strictly non-refundable.
- We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.
- We do not provide refunds for unused time or lack of usage during a billing cycle.
- If you forget to cancel your subscription prior to your renewal date, you will be billed for the next cycle, and a refund cannot be issued.
4. Disputed Charges & EXCEPTIONS
In the rare event of a duplicate billing error or technical glitch causing a double charge, please immediately contact our support team at admin@vakilflow.com. Supported with adequate evidence, refunds for technical overcharges will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
