We collect information necessary to operate your digital chamber. This includes your profile details (Bar Council enrolment, name, phone), case metadata (Next hearing dates, CNR numbers), and client contact parameters.

2. Use of AI (Google Gemini)

When using AI Legal Research or Drafting tools, relevant prompts are sent to our language model provider (Google Gemini) via secure API. Strict parameters ensure models are not trained on your private, identifiable client data.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your private case documents with third-party advertisers. Data is only shared with essential infrastructure providers (Supabase, Cloudflare, Twilio for communication) under strict data processing agreements.

4. Client Communications

If you opt-in to the automated WhatsApp client update feature, VakilFlow acts solely as a processor sending the status update on your behalf. We will not use your clients' contact information for marketing our platform to them.
