Liability of abettor when one act abetted and different act done.

When an act is abetted and a different act is done, the abettor is liable for the act done, in the same manner and to the same extent as if he had directly abetted it: \nProvided the act done was a probable consequence of the abetment, and was committed under the influence of the instigation, or with the aid, or in pursuance of the conspiracy which constituted the abetment.

दुष्प्रेरक का दायित्व, जब कि एक कार्य का दुष्प्रेरण किया गया है और उससे भिन्न कार्य किया गया है।\nजब कि किसी कार्य का दुष्प्रेरण किया जाता है और उससे भिन्न कार्य किया जाता है, तब दुष्प्रेरक किए गए कार्य के लिए उसी प्रकार और उसी विस्तार तक दायी है मानो उसने सीधे उसी कार्य का दुष्प्रेरण किया हो :\nपरन्तु यह तब जबकि किया गया कार्य दुष्प्रेरण का संभाव्य परिणाम था और उस उकसाहट के असर के अधीन या उस सहायता से या उस षड्यंत्र के अनुसरण में किया गया था जिससे वह दुष्प्रेरण गठित होता था ।
