Negligent conduct with respect to pulling down, repairing or constructing buildings etc.
Full Text
Whoever, in pulling down, repairing or constructing any building, knowingly or negligently omits to take sufficient measures to guard against danger, shall be punished with imprisonment for six months, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both.
Punishment
6 months imprisonment, or 5,000 fine, or both.

जो कोई इमारतों को गिराने, मरम्मत करने या बनाने के दौरान सुरक्षा उपायों में लापरवाही करता है, उसे 6 महीने तक की जेल या 5,000 रुपये तक का जुर्माना हो सकता है।
