Negligent conduct with respect to animal.

Whoever knowingly or negligently omits to take measures with any animal in his possession to guard against danger, shall be punished with imprisonment for six months, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both.

जो कोई अपने कब्जे वाले जानवर के संबंध में सुरक्षा उपायों में लापरवाही करता है, उसे 6 महीने तक की जेल या 5,000 रुपये तक का जुर्माना हो सकता है।
