Negligent conduct with respect to machinery.
Full Text
Whoever does, with any machinery, any act so rashly or negligently as to endanger human life, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both.
Punishment
6 months imprisonment, or 5,000 fine, or both.
