Omission to give notice or information to public servant by person legally bound to give it.
Full Text
Whoever, being legally bound to give any notice or furnish information on any subject to any public servant, as such, intentionally omits to give such notice... shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both... (enhanced for specific offences).

लोक सेवक को सूचना या जानकारी देने में लोप।\nजो कोई लोक सेवक को सूचना देने के लिए कानूनी रूप से बाध्य होते हुए, जानबूझकर सूचना देने में लोप करेगा, वह एक माह के कारावास या पांच हजार रुपये तक के जुर्माने से दंडित किया जाएगा ।
