Omission to produce document or electronic record to public servant by person legally bound to produce it.
Full Text
Whoever, being legally bound to produce or deliver up any document or electronic record to any public servant, as such, intentionally omits so to produce or deliver up the same, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both... (enhanced for Court).

लोक सेवक को दस्तावेज या इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रिकॉर्ड पेश करने में लोप।\nजो कोई किसी लोक सेवक को कोई दस्तावेज या इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रिकॉर्ड पेश करने के लिए कानूनी रूप से बाध्य होते हुए, जानबूझकर ऐसा करने में लोप करेगा, वह एक माह के कारावास या पांच हजार रुपये तक के जुर्माने से दंडित किया जाएगा ।
