Full Text
Whoever fails to appear at the specified place and the specified time as required by a proclamation published under sub-section (1) of section 84 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both... (enhanced for specified offences up to 7 years).

भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की धारा 84 के अधीन उद्घोषणा के उत्तर में गैर-हाज़िरी।\nजो कोई BNSS धारा 84(1) के अधीन प्रकाशित उद्घोषणा के अनुसार निर्दिष्ट स्थान और समय पर उपस्थित होने में विफल रहेगा, वह तीन वर्ष तक के कारावास या जुर्माने से दंडित किया जाएगा ।
