Petty organized crime.

Whoever commits petty organized crime such as theft, snatching, cheating, unauthorized sale of tickets or any other illicit activities by a person as a member of a group or gang, even if such act is committed for once, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which shall not be less than one year but which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

छोटे संगठित अपराध।\nजो कोई छोटे संगठित अपराध जैसे चोरी, झपटमारी, धोखाधड़ी, टिकटों की अनधिकृत बिक्री या किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा समूह या गिरोह के सदस्य के रूप में कोई अन्य अवैध गतिविधि करेगा, भले ही ऐसा कार्य एक बार किया गया हो, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि एक वर्ष से कम नहीं होगी किन्तु जो सात वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, दंडित किया जाएगा और जुर्माने से भी दंडनीय होगा ।
