Organized crime.
Full Text
Any continuing unlawful activity including kidnapping, robbery, vehicle theft, extortion, land grabbing, contract killing, economic offences, cyber-crimes, trafficking of people, drugs or weapons, or any other illegal activity committed by a person as a member of a group or for a gang, which generates financial or other material benefit, shall be termed as organized crime.

संगठित अपराध।\nकोई निरंतर चलने वाली विधि विरुद्ध गतिविधि जिसमें किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा किसी समूह के सदस्य के रूप में या किसी गिरोह के लिए अपहरण, लूट, वाहन चोरी, जबरन वसूली, भूमि कब्जा करना, अनुबंध पर हत्या, आर्थिक अपराध, साइबर अपराध, लोगों, नशीली दवाओं या हथियारों की तस्करी, या कोई अन्य अवैध गतिविधि शामिल है, जो वित्तीय या अन्य भौतिक लाभ उत्पन्न करती है, संगठित अपराध कहलाएगी ।
