Full Text
Upon the determination of the questions referred to in rule 101, the Court shall, in accordance with such determination,—
(a) make an order allowing the application and directing that the applicant be put into the possession of the property or dismissing the application; or
(b) pass such other order as, in the circumstances of the case, it may deem fit.

नियम 101 में निर्दिष्ट प्रश्नों के अवधारण पर न्यायालय तदनुसार—
(क) आवेदन को स्वीकार करते हुए यह निदेश देने वाला आदेश करेगा कि आवेदक को संपत्ति का कब्जा सौंपा जाए अथवा आवेदन को खारिज करेगा; अथवा
(ख) ऐसा अन्य आदेश पारित करेगा जैसा वह मामले की परिस्थितियों में उचित समझे।
