When deposition to be interpreted

Where the evidence is taken down in a language different from that in which it is given, and the witness does not understand the language in which it is taken down, the evidence as taken down in writing shall be interpreted to him in the language in which it is given.

जहां साक्ष्य उस भाषा से भिन्न किसी भाषा में लिखा जाता है जिसमें वह दिया गया है, और साक्षी उस भाषा को नहीं समझता जिसमें वह लिखा गया है, वहां लिखित रूप में लिखा गया साक्ष्य उसे उस भाषा में समझाकर (Interpreted) सुनाया जाएगा जिसमें वह दिया गया था।
