Full Text
(1) Every document which has been admitted in evidence, or a copy thereof where a copy has been substituted for the original under rule 5, shall form part of the record of the suit.
(2) Documents not admitted in evidence shall not form part of the record and shall be returned to the persons respectively producing them.

(1) प्रत्येक दस्तावेज जो साक्ष्य में ग्रहण किया गया है, अथवा उसकी प्रति जहां नियम 5 के अधीन मूल के स्थान पर प्रति प्रतिस्थापित की गई है, वाद के अभिलेख (Record) का भाग होगी।
(2) जो दस्तावेज साक्ष्य में ग्रहण नहीं किए गए हैं, वे अभिलेख का भाग नहीं होंगे और उन्हें प्रस्तुत करने वाले व्यक्तियों को क्रमशः वापस कर दिए जाएंगे।
