60. Discharge of person apprehended.—No person who has been arrested by a police officer shall be discharged except on his bond, or bail bond, or under the special order of a Magistrate.

60. पुलिस अधिकारी द्वारा गिरफ्तार किए गए किसी व्यक्ति का उन्मोचन—पुलिस अधिकारी द्वारा गिरफ्तार किए गए किसी व्यक्ति का उन्मोचन उसके अपने बंधपत्र या जमानतपत्र पर, या मजिस्ट्रेट के विशेष आदेश के अधीन ही किया जाएगा, अन्यथा नहीं।
