Appeal from orders under section 491
Full Text
All orders passed under section 491 shall be appealable,—
(i) in the case of an order made by a Magistrate, to the Sessions Judge;
(ii) in the case of an order made by a Court of Session, to the Court to which an appeal lies from an order made by such Court.

धारा 491 के अधीन पारित सभी आदेश अपील योग्य होंगे,--
(i) मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा दिए गए आदेश के मामले में, सत्र न्यायाधीश को ;
(ii) सत्र न्यायालय द्वारा दिए गए आदेश के मामले में, उस न्यायालय को जिसमें ऐसे न्यायालय द्वारा दिए गए आदेश के विरुद्ध अपील की जा सकती है।
