Disposal of case according to decision of High Court
Full Text
(1) When a question has been so referred, the High Court shall pass such order thereon as it thinks fit, and shall cause a copy of such order to be sent to the Court by which the reference was made, which shall dispose of the case conformably to the said order.
(2) The High Court may direct by whom the costs of such reference shall be paid.

(1) जब कोई प्रश्न इस प्रकार संदर्भित किया जाता है, तो उच्च न्यायालय उस पर ऐसा आदेश पारित करेगा जैसा वह उचित समझे, और ऐसे आदेश की एक प्रति उस न्यायालय को भेजी जाएगी जिसके द्वारा संदर्भ दिया गया था, जो उक्त आदेश के अनुरूप मामले का निपटारा करेगा।
(2) उच्च न्यायालय निर्देश दे सकता है कि ऐसे संदर्भ की लागत किसके द्वारा भुगतान की जाएगी।
