Expenses of complainants and witnesses

Subject to any rules made by the State Government, any Criminal Court may, if it thinks fit, order payment, on the part of the Government, of the reasonable expenses of any complainant or witness attending for the purposes of any inquiry, trial or other proceeding before such Court under this Sanhita.

राज्य सरकार द्वारा बनाए गए किसी भी नियम के अधीन, कोई भी आपराधिक न्यायालय, यदि वह उचित समझे, तो इस संहिता के तहत ऐसे न्यायालय के समक्ष किसी भी जांच, विचारण या अन्य कार्यवाही के उद्देश्यों के लिए उपस्थित होने वाले किसी भी परिवादी या गवाह के उचित खर्चों का सरकार की ओर से भुगतान करने का आदेश दे सकता है।
