Punishment of abetment if the act abetted is committed in consequence, and where no express provision is made for its punishment.
Full Text
Whoever abets any offence shall, if the act abetted is committed in consequence of the abetment, and no express provision is made by this Sanhita for the punishment of such abetment, be punished with the punishment provided for the offence.

दुष्प्रेरण का दंड, यदि दुष्प्रेरित कार्य उसके परिणामस्वरूप किया जाए और जहाँ कि उसके दंड के लिए कोई अभिव्यक्त उपबंध नहीं है।\nजो कोई किसी अपराध का दुष्प्रेरण करता है, यदि दुष्प्रेरित कार्य दुष्प्रेरण के परिणामस्वरूप किया जाता है और ऐसे दुष्प्रेरण के दंड के लिए कोई अभिव्यक्त उपबंध इस संहिता द्वारा नहीं किया गया है, तो वह उस दंड से दंडित किया जाएगा जो उस अपराध के लिए उपबंधित है ।
