Adulteration of food or drink intended for sale.

Whoever adulterates any article of food or drink, so as to make such article noxious, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both.

जो कोई बेचने के इरादे से भोजन या पेय में हानिकारक मिलावट करता है, उसे 6 महीने तक की जेल या 5,000 रुपये तक का जुर्माना हो सकता है।
