Disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant.

Whoever, knowing that, by an order promulgated by a public servant lawfully empowered to promulgate such order, he is directed to abstain from a certain act, or to take certain order with certain property in his possession... disobeys such direction... shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to two thousand five hundred rupees, or with both.

लोक सेवक द्वारा सम्यक् रूप से प्रख्यापित आदेश की अवज्ञा।\nजो कोई सक्षम लोक सेवक द्वारा जारी आदेश की जानते हुए अवज्ञा करेगा, वह छह माह तक के कारावास या दो हजार पांच सौ रुपये के जुर्माने से दंडित होगा ।
