Omission to assist public servant when bound by law to give assistance.

Whoever, being bound by law to render or furnish assistance to any public servant in the execution of his public duty, intentionally omits to give such assistance... shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month, or with fine which may extend to two thousand five hundred rupees, or with both.

लोक सेवक की सहायता करने में लोप, जबकि सहायता देने के लिए विधि द्वारा आबद्ध हो।\nजो कोई लोक सेवक के कार्यों में सहायता करने के लिए कानूनी रूप से बाध्य होते हुए, जानबूझकर सहायता करने में लोप करेगा, वह एक माह के कारावास या दो हजार पांच सौ रुपये के जुर्माने से दंडित होगा ।
