Kidnapping or maiming a child for purposes of begging.

Whoever kidnaps any child or, not being the lawful guardian has the custody of any child, maims such child with the object that such child may be employed or used for the purpose of begging, shall be punishable with imprisonment for life which shall not be less than ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.

भीख मांगने के प्रयोजनों के लिए व्यपहरण या अंग-विक्षत करना।\nजो कोई किसी बालक का व्यपहरण करेगा, या विधिपूर्ण संरक्षक न होते हुए भी किसी बालक की अभिरक्षा में होते हुए उस बालक को इस उद्देश्य से अंग-विक्षत करेगा कि ऐसे बालक को भीख मांगने के प्रयोजन के लिए नियोजित या उपयोग किया जाए, तो वह आजीवन कारावास से, जो दस वर्ष से कम नहीं होगा, दंडित किया जाएगा और जुर्माने से भी दंडनीय होगा ।
