Assault or criminal force on grave provocation.
Full Text
Whoever assaults or uses criminal force to any person on grave and sudden provocation given by that person, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one month, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both.

गंभीर प्रकोपन पर हमला या आपराधिक बल का प्रयोग।\nजो कोई उस व्यक्ति द्वारा दिए गए गंभीर और अचानक प्रकोपन पर किसी व्यक्ति पर हमला करेगा या आपराधिक बल का प्रयोग करेगा, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि एक माह तक की हो सकेगी, या जुर्माने से, जो पांच हजार रुपये तक का हो सकेगा, या दोनों से दंडित किया जाएगा ।
