Assault or criminal force in attempt to wrongfully confine a person.
Full Text
Whoever assaults or uses criminal force to any person, in attempting wrongfully to confine that person, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees, or with both.

किसी व्यक्ति का सदोष परिरोध करने के प्रयत्न में हमला या आपराधिक बल का प्रयोग।\nजो कोई किसी व्यक्ति पर उसका सदोष परिरोध करने के प्रयत्न में हमला करेगा या आपराधिक बल का प्रयोग करेगा, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि एक वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, या जुर्माने से, जो दस हजार रुपये तक का हो सकेगा, या दोनों से दंडित किया जाएगा ।
