Penetrative sexual assault

A person is said to commit "penetrative sexual assault" if—
(a) he penetrates his penis, to any extent, into the vagina, mouth, urethra or anus of a child or makes the child to do so with him or any other person; or
(b) he inserts, to any extent, any object or a part of the body, not being the penis, into the vagina, the urethra or anus of the child or makes the child to do so with him or any other person; or
(c) he manipulates any part of the body of the child so as to cause penetration into the vagina, urethra, anus or any part of body of the child or makes the child to do so with him or any other person; or
(d) he applies his mouth to the penis, vagina, anus, urethra of the child or makes the child to do so to such person or any other person.

Penetration to any extent suffices; ejaculation or rupture of hymen is not legally required. The definition is gender-neutral regarding the victim child (protecting both boys and girls) but perpetrator actions are strictly construed.

किसी व्यक्ति के बारे में यह कहा जाता है कि वह "प्रवेशन लैंगिक हमला" करता है, यदि—
(क) वह किसी बालक की योनि, मुख, मूत्रमार्ग या गुदा में किसी भी सीमा तक अपने लिंग का प्रवेशन करता है या बालक से अपने साथ अथवा किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के साथ ऐसा करवाता है; या
(ख) वह किसी वस्तु या शरीर के किसी अंग को, जो लिंग न हो, किसी भी सीमा तक बालक की योनि, मूत्रमार्ग या गुदा में प्रविष्ट कराता है या बालक से अपने साथ अथवा किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के साथ ऐसा करवाता है; या
(ग) वह बालक के शरीर के किसी भाग के साथ इस प्रकार छेड़छाड़ करता है जिससे बालक की योनि, मूत्रमार्ग, गुदा या शरीर के किसी अंग में प्रवेशन हो जाए या बालक से अपने साथ अथवा किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के साथ ऐसा करवाता है; या
(घ) वह बालक के लिंग, योनि, गुदा या मूत्रमार्ग पर अपना मुख लगाता है या बालक से ऐसा स्वयं के अथवा किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के अंगों पर करवाता है।
