Where a summons issued by any Court established beyond the limits of the towns of Calcutta, Madras and Bombay is to be served within any such limits, it shall be sent to the Court of Small Causes within whose jurisdiction it is to be served.

जहां कलकत्ता, मद्रास और बंबई नगरों की सीमाओं के बाहर स्थापित किसी न्यायालय द्वारा निकाला गया समन ऐसी किन्हीं सीमाओं के भीतर तामील किया जाना है, वहां वह उस लघुवाद न्यायालय (Court of Small Causes) को भेजा जाएगा जिसकी अधिकारिता के भीतर उसकी तामील की जानी है।
