Registry of memorandum of appeal
Full Text
(1) The Court from whose decree an appeal lies shall entertain the memorandum of appeal and shall endorse thereon the date of presentation and shall register the appeal in a book of appeal kept for that purpose.
(2) Such book shall be called the register of appeal.

(1) वह न्यायालय जिसकी डिक्री के विरुद्ध अपील होती है, अपील के ज्ञापन को ग्रहण करेगा और उस पर प्रस्तुति की तारीख पृष्ठांकित करेगा तथा उस प्रयोजन के लिए रखी गई अपील की पुस्तक में अपील को पंजीकृत करेगा।
(2) ऐसी पुस्तक अपील का रजिस्टर कहलाएगी।
