Assistance of welfare expert

In every suit or proceeding to which this Order applies, it shall be open to the Court to secure the services of such person (preferably a woman where available), whether related to the parties or not, including a person professionally engaged in promoting the welfare of the family as the Court may think fit, for the purpose of assisting the Court in discharging the functions imposed by rule 3 of this Order.

ऐसे प्रत्येक वाद या कार्यवाही में जिसको यह आदेश लागू होता है, इस आदेश के नियम 3 द्वारा अधिरोपित कृत्यों के निर्वहन में न्यायालय की सहायता करने के प्रयोजन के लिए, ऐसे व्यक्ति की (उपलब्ध होने पर अधिमानतः किसी महिला की - Preferably a woman), चाहे वह पक्षकारों से नातेदार हो या न हो, जिसके अंतर्गत कुटुंब के कल्याण के संवर्धन में वृत्तिक रूप से लगा कोई व्यक्ति भी है, सेवाएं अभिप्राप्त करना न्यायालय के लिए खुला होगा जिसे न्यायालय ठीक समझे।
