Notification on re-sale

Full Text

Every re-sale of immovable property, in default of payment of the purchase-money within the period allowed for such payment, shall be made after the issue of a fresh proclamation in the manner and for the period hereinbefore prescribed for the sale.

क्रय-धन के संदाय के लिए अनुज्ञात अवधि के भीतर संदाय में चूक होने पर स्थावर संपत्ति का प्रत्येक पुनः विक्रय (Re-sale) विक्रय के लिए इसमें पूर्व विहित रीति से और अवधि के लिए नई उद्घोषणा (Fresh Proclamation) जारी करने के पश्चात ही किया जाएगा।
