Where such copies are so filed, the decree or order may, if the Court to which it is sent is the District Court, be executed by such Court or be transferred for execution to any subordinate Court of competent jurisdiction.

जहां ऐसी प्रतियां इस प्रकार फाइल की जाती हैं, वहां यदि वह न्यायालय जिसे वह भेजी गई है जिला न्यायालय है, तो डिक्री या आदेश का निष्पादन ऐसे न्यायालय द्वारा किया जा सकेगा अथवा सक्षम अधिकारिता वाले किसी अधीनस्थ न्यायालय को निष्पादन हेतु अंतरित किया जा सकेगा।
