Power of Court to inspect

The Court may at any stage of a suit inspect any property or thing concerning which any question may arise and where the Court inspects any property or thing it shall, as soon as may be practicable, make a memorandum of any relevant facts observed at such inspection and such memorandum shall form a part of the record of the suit.

न्यायालय वाद के किसी भी प्रक्रम पर किसी ऐसी संपत्ति या वस्तु का निरीक्षण (Local Inspection) कर सकेगा जिसके संबंध में कोई प्रश्न उत्पन्न हो, और जहां न्यायालय किसी संपत्ति या वस्तु का निरीक्षण करता है, वहां वह यथासाध्य शीघ्र ऐसे निरीक्षण में प्रेक्षित किन्हीं सुसंगत तथ्यों का एक ज्ञापन (Memorandum) तैयार करेगा और ऐसा ज्ञापन वाद के अभिलेख का एक भाग होगा।
