An affidavit of the pleader or his clerk, of the due signature of any admissions made in pursuance of any notice to admit documents or facts, shall be sufficient evidence of such admissions, if evidence thereof is required.

दस्तावेजों या तथ्यों को स्वीकार करने की किसी सूचना के अनुसरण में की गई किन्हीं स्वीकृतियों के सम्यक् हस्ताक्षर का, प्लीडर या उसके लिपिक (Clerk) का शपथपत्र, ऐसी स्वीकृतियों का पर्याप्त साक्ष्य होगा, यदि उनके साक्ष्य की अपेक्षा हो।
