92. Arrest on breach of bond or bail bond for appearance.—When any person who is bound by any bond or bail bond taken under this Sanhita to appear before a Court, does not appear, the officer presiding in such Court may issue a warrant directing that such person be arrested and produced before him.

92. उपस्थिति के लिए बॉन्ड या बेल बॉन्ड के उल्लंघन पर गिरफ्तारी।—जब कोई व्यक्ति जो इस संहिता के तहत लिए गए किसी बॉन्ड या बेल बॉन्ड द्वारा न्यायालय के समक्ष उपस्थित होने के लिए बाध्य है, उपस्थित नहीं होता है, तो ऐसे न्यायालय में पीठासीन अधिकारी एक वारंट जारी कर सकता है जिसमें निर्देश दिया गया हो कि ऐसे व्यक्ति को गिरफ्तार किया जाए और उसके समक्ष पेश किया जाए।
