69. Service of summons outside local limits.—When a Court desires that a summons issued by it shall be served at any place outside its local jurisdiction, it shall ordinarily send such summons in duplicate to a Magistrate within whose local jurisdiction the person summoned resides, or is, to be there served.

69. स्थानीय सीमाओं के बाहर सम्मन की तामील—जब कोई न्यायालय चाहता है कि उसके द्वारा जारी किया गया सम्मन उसकी स्थानीय अधिकारिता के बाहर किसी स्थान पर तामील किया जाए, तो वह सामान्यतः ऐसे सम्मन को दो प्रतियों में उस मजिस्ट्रेट को भेजेगा जिसकी स्थानीय अधिकारिता में वह व्यक्ति रहता है, या है, ताकि वहां तामील की जा सके।
