Defect or error not to make attachment unlawful

No attachment made under this Sanhita shall be deemed unlawful, nor shall any person making the same be deemed a trespasser, on account of any defect or want of form in the summons, conviction, writ of attachment or other proceedings relating thereto.

इस संहिता के तहत की गई किसी भी कुर्की को अवैध नहीं माना जाएगा, और न ही ऐसा करने वाले किसी भी व्यक्ति को समन, दोषसिद्धि, कुर्की के रिट या उससे संबंधित अन्य कार्यवाही में किसी दोष या रूप की कमी के कारण अतिचारी (trespasser) माना जाएगा।
