Service or notification of order

Full Text

(1) The order shall, if practicable, be served on the person against whom it is made, in the manner herein provided for service of summons.

(2) If such order cannot be so served, it shall be notified by proclamation published in such manner as the State Government may, by rules, direct, and a copy thereof shall be stuck up at such place or places as may be fittest for conveying the information to such person.

(1) आदेश, यदि व्यवहार्य हो, तो उस व्यक्ति पर तामील (serve) किया जाएगा जिसके विरुद्ध वह जारी किया गया है, उसी तरह जैसे समन की तामील की जाती है।

(2) यदि ऐसे आदेश की तामील नहीं की जा सकती है, तो इसे राज्य सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित नियमों के अनुसार उद्घोषणा (proclamation) द्वारा अधिसूचित किया जाएगा, और इसकी एक प्रति उपयुक्त स्थान पर चिपकाई जाएगी ताकि संबंधित व्यक्ति को जानकारी मिल सके।
