Assault or use of criminal force to woman with intent to disrobe.

Any man who assaults or uses criminal force to any woman or abets such act with the intention of disrobing or compelling her to be naked, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which shall not be less than three years but which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

स्त्री को निर्वस्त्र करने के आशय से उस पर हमला या आपराधिक बल का प्रयोग।\nकोई पुरुष जो किसी स्त्री को निर्वस्त्र करने या उसे नग्न होने के लिए विवश करने के आशय से उस पर हमला करेगा या आपराधिक बल का प्रयोग करेगा या ऐसे कार्य का दुष्प्रेरण करेगा, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि तीन वर्ष से कम नहीं होगी किन्तु जो सात वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, दंडित किया जाएगा और जुर्माने से भी दंडनीय होगा ।
