Continuance of nuisance after injunction to discontinue.

Whoever repeats or continues a public nuisance, having been enjoined by any public servant not to do so, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for six months, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both.

जो कोई किसी लोक सेवक द्वारा मना किए जाने के बावजूद सार्वजनिक उपद्रव जारी रखता है, उसे 6 महीने तक की जेल या 5,000 रुपये तक का जुर्माना हो सकता है।
