Making atmosphere noxious to health.

Whoever voluntarily vitiates the atmosphere in any place so as to make it noxious to the health of persons in general, shall be punished with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.

जो कोई स्वेच्छा से किसी स्थान के वातावरण को इस प्रकार दूषित करता है कि वह स्वास्थ्य के लिए हानिकारक हो जाए, उसे 1,000 रुपये तक के जुर्माने से दंडित किया जाएगा।
