लोक सेवक द्वारा किसी व्यक्ति को दंड से या संपत्ति को समपहण से बचाने के आशय से विधि के निदेश की अवज्ञा। जो कोई लोक सेवक होते हुए, जानबूझकर विधि के निदेश की अवज्ञा करेगा ताकि किसी व्यक्ति को दंड से बचाया जा सके, वह दो वर्ष तक के कारावास या जुर्माने से दंडित होगा।
