अभिरक्षा से निकल भागे या जिसकी गिरफ्तारी का आदेश दिया गया है, ऐसे अपराधी को संश्रय देना। जो कोई जेल से भागे हुए या वांछित अपराधी को, जबकि उसकी गिरफ्तारी का आदेश जारी हो, जानते हुए आश्रय देगा, वह अपराध की प्रकृति के अनुसार दंडित होगा।
