Whoever dishonestly or fraudulently signs, executes or becomes a party to any deed or instrument which purports to transfer or charge any property... and which contains any false statement as to consideration...

प्रतिफल के मिथ्या कथन वाले अंतरण विलेख का बेईमानी से या कपटपूर्वक निष्पादन। जो कोई किसी ऐसे विलेख पर हस्ताक्षर करेगा जिसमें प्रतिफल (Consideration) का झूठा विवरण हो, ताकि संपत्ति को छिपाया जा सके, वह दो वर्ष के कारावास से दंडित होगा।
