Preventing service of summons or other proceeding, or preventing publication thereof.
Full Text
Whoever in any manner intentionally prevents the serving on himself, or on any other person, of any summons, notice or order proceeding from any public servant legally competent... intentionally prevents the lawful affixing... shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both... (enhanced for Court).

समन की तामील या अन्य कार्यवाही को रोकना।\nजो कोई किसी भी रीति से अपने ऊपर या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति पर किसी सक्षम लोक सेवक के समन की तामील को जानबूझकर रोकेगा, वह एक माह के कारावास या पांच हजार रुपये तक के जुर्माने से दंडित किया जाएगा ।
