Full Text
Whoever knowingly carries arms in any procession or knowingly organises or holds or takes part in any mass drill or mass training with arms in any public place in contravention of any public notice or order issued or made under section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months and with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees.

किसी जुलूस में आयुध ले जाने या आयुध के साथ सामूहिक अभ्यास या प्रशिक्षण आयोजित करने के लिए दंड।\nजो कोई किसी सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जारी आदेश के उल्लंघन में किसी जुलूस में जानते हुए आयुध (arms) ले जाएगा या सामूहिक अभ्यास में भाग लेगा, वह छह माह तक के कारावास और दो हजार रुपये तक के जुर्माने से दंडित किया जाएगा ।
