Conspiracy to commit offences punishable by section 147.

Whoever within or without India conspires to commit any of the offences punishable by section 147, or conspires to overawe, by means of criminal force or the show of criminal force, the Central Government or any State Government, shall be punished with imprisonment for life, or with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.

धारा 147 द्वारा दंडनीय अपराधों को करने का षड्यंत्र।\nजो कोई भारत के भीतर या बाहर धारा 147 द्वारा दंडनीय अपराधों में से कोई भी अपराध करने का षड्यंत्र करेगा, या आपराधिक बल द्वारा या आपराधिक बल के प्रदर्शन द्वारा केंद्रीय सरकार या किसी राज्य सरकार को आतंकित करने का षड्यंत्र करेगा, वह आजीवन कारावास से, या दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि दस वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, दंडित किया जाएगा और जुर्माने से भी दंडनीय होगा ।
