Waging, or attempting to wage war, or abetting waging of war, against the Government of India.
Full Text
Whoever wages war against the Government of India, or attempts to wage such war, or abets the waging of such war, shall be punished with death, or imprisonment for life and shall also be liable to fine.

भारत सरकार के विरुद्ध युद्ध छेड़ना या युद्ध छेड़ने का प्रयत्न करना या युद्ध छेड़ने का दुष्प्रेरण करना।\nजो कोई भारत सरकार के विरुद्ध युद्ध छेड़ेगा, या ऐसा युद्ध छेड़ने का प्रयत्न करेगा, या ऐसा युद्ध छेड़ने का दुष्प्रेरण करेगा, वह मृत्यु दंड से, या आजीवन कारावास से दंडित किया जाएगा और जुर्माने से भी दंडनीय होगा ।
